Ready for summer? Climb aboard and go! This yacht is in great condition and is currently being used. Many upgrades including Lowrance chart plotter with maps, LED accent lighting throughout, new stereo and speakers, two deep cycle house batteries and two starter batteries. This boat has a large private v-birth cabin in the front with ensuite that includes head, sink and a separate shower stall, TV and Blu-Ray player, large closet, two full size hatches and under bed storage with drawers, LED accent lighting under the full width storage cupboards as well as LED accent lighting under the bed pedestal. The galley has a full sized refrigerator, three burner electric stove and oven, 2 sinks and microwave. The main salon features a lower helm, stereo system, Marine UHF radio, window blinds were replaced this year along with a newly designed valance with LED accent lighting behind. There is a 3 person couch that converts to a double sized bed, many storage areas in the main salon. The private aft cabin features twin single pedestal beds, private washroom with shower and separate sink and make-up counter. This area also has Full LED accent lights both around the top shelving area as well under the bed pedestals. The outside aft seating area has beautiful red carpeting with resin wicker chairs and a table, access to the salon is through a glass sliding door. The fly bridge has a captain?s chair, co-captain chair and a bench seat, with the red carpeting and red carpeted snap on stair steps. Regular factory installed instrument cluster with the addition of a newer Marine UHF radio and late model Lowrance chart plotter. The fly bridge helm also has an older loud hailer with loudhailer speaker for the forward deck as well as one in the galley. The full canopy covering the fly bridge and aft seating area is in good shape. This boat has never failed to start and is professionally winterized and summerized by the marina certified mechanics. The stuffing boxes were completely repacked this spring before launch. The bilge is clean and all equipment is in great condition.
